Clarence was united in marriage to Winifred Stark. She preceded him in death.
Survivors include one son, Wayne Wood, Birnamwood and one sister, Bessie Johnson, Mattoon.
In addition to his wife and parents, Clarence was preceded in death by one son, LaVerne and one daughter Betty Jane.
Funeral services were held May 6, 1967 at Kopitzke Funeral Home, Birnamwood. The Rev. James Thornton officiated. Interment was in Woodlawn Cemetery, Mattoon.
