Prior readings of this stone gave the surname as Rader...this is an error, it is clearly Rankin.
Enlarging the photo, it appears that the date might not be 1816 as there is too much room between the 8 & 6. It could be 1846, 1856, 1866, or 1886.

The line after the name is unclear and seems to begin with the number 20 followed by the letters DE____. There appears to be at least two words here.
Gravesite Details
The tombstone is difficult to read due to weathering and moss growth upon it.
