Thomas "Red" Abney Funeral Time: Monday, June 14th at 12:00PM Thomas "Red" Abney, 90, husband of Juanita Abney, died Tuesday, June 8, 2004 at his residence. Born in Irvine, KY, he was a son of the late Levi and Rosie Abney. He was retired from Samaritan Hospital and was a WW II army veteran. Survivors other than his wife are 11 children; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by several brothers and sisters. Funeral services will be 12 p.m. Monday at Kerr Brothers Funeral Home-Main St. by Brother Gerald Richardson. Burial will be in Camp Nelson National Cemetery. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. Monday.
