Mrs. Louis Bishop Dies Here Saturday

 

Mrs. Louise Bishop dies Saturday in Natrona County Memorial Hospital following a lengthy illness. She was born Sept. 8, 1891 in Sprague, Neb.

 

She came to Wyoming in 1916 where she homesteaded in Johnson County and lived until 1929. She married Horace Bishop June 3, 1929 in Lincoln, Neb., and moved to Midwest where Mr. Bishop was employed by what is now Pan American Petroleum Co.

 

He retired in 1959, and they moved to Casper where they have lived since that time. Mr. Bishop died in 1966.

 

Mrs. Bishop was a member of the First Baptist Church in Casper.

 

She is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Ed Morford, Atwater, Calif.; two sisters, Mrs. Ella B. Swaney, Omaha Neb. and Mrs. Grace D. Ball, Downey, Calif.; three brothers, Henry W. Dittmer, Cody; Louie C. Dittmer, and Carl F. Dittmer, both of Lincoln, Neb.

 

Funeral arrangements will be announced by Cornett's Hillside Mortuary.
