BRIAN W. O'HARA, 42, of Woonsocket Hill Road, a Navy fire-control specialist, retiring in 1997 after 15 years, died Wednesday at the Veterans Administration Medical Center, Providence. He was the husband of Cresenciana (Lumbre) O'Hara. Born in Woonsocket, a son of Peter L. and Thelma L. (Aldrich) O'Hara of North Smithfield, he had lived in San Diego, Calif., for 11 years. Besides his wife and parents, he leaves a son, Ian O'Hara of Providence; two brothers, Kurt O'Hara and Timothy O'Hara, both of North Smithfield; three sisters, Marla Carchia and Kate Monfette, both of North Smithfield, Karen Nadem-Mollaei of San Antonio, Texas; and a maternal grandmother, Marion Aldrich of North Smithfield. He was a brother of the late Keith O'Hara. A graveside service will be held tomorrow at noon in Rhode Island Veterans Cemetery, Exeter.
