Mrs. Sara A. Bare

Funeral services for Mrs. Sara A. Bare, widow of John R. Bare, of Churchtown, will be held on Wednesday afternoon at 1:30 o'clock, standard time, at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Roy W. Rank in .Churchtown. Rev. G. R. Groninger, pastor of the Trindle Spring Lutheran Church, will officiate. Burial will be in the St. John's Cemetery, opposite Shiremanstown.

Mrs. Bare died Saturday morning at the home of her daughter, following a long illness. She was 68 years old. She was a member of the Trindle Spring Lutheran Church and the Ladies Bible Class of the Sunday School. Until her health became impaired she served as superintendent of the Cradle Roll Department of the Sunday School.

Surviving are the following children: Frank R. Bare, of Mechanicsburg, R, D. 5; Mrs. George Brandt of Mountainside Colony; Mrs. Roy W. Rank, of Churchtown; Mrs. George Hart and Harry G. Bare, of Mechanicsburg, R. D. 1; J. Cloyd Bare, of Harrisburg; seven grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, and three brothers, John Bender, of Carlisle; Daniel Bender, of Steelton, and George Bender, of Harrisburg.
