JOHN R. FIFIELD PASSES AWAY
Prominent farmer of this section,
died suddenly from heart trouble
at his home about 2 miles east of
Weiser yesterday afternoon. Mr.
Fifield had what was thought a
slight attack yesterday morning
and soon recovered from it.
When the end came he was sitting
on the lawn talking to a neighbor
and was apparently well a few
minutes before. He was 55 years
old. The remains will be forwarded
to Weston, Idaho tomorrow for
burial and the funeral services
will be held at that place.
Four children survive him, Rex,
Sherman, Lucie (Lucy), Bryan (Byron).
The family had lived here a little
more than a year during which they
had made many friends. There will
be many to sympathize with them in
their bereavement.
