MILLEN - Mrs. Cora Rabitsch Lee Burkhalter, 79, died Friday at home after a short illness.
The lifelong resident of Jenkins County and was a retired restaurant owner and member of Big Creek Baptist Church.
Surviving are three daughters, Mrs. Regina Varnadoe of Millen, Mrs. Betty Whitaker of Sylvester and Mrs. Gerrie Fulghum of Atlanta; two sons, Charles Lee of Thompson and Herbert Lee of Augusta; three sisters, Mrs. Connie Becton of Millen, Mrs. Mrs. Bessie Eastman and Mrs.Essie Johnson, both of Savannah; 16 grandchildren and 11 bgreat-grandchildren.
Funeral: 2 p.m. today at Big Horse Creek Baptist Church, burial in church cemetery.
