New Orleans Times Picayune, June 19, 1904, p.20: "This is the time of the year when the young girls, just out of school or college, own the earth and the joy therein. This attractive garden of rosebuds will have three new additions soon, Miss Corinna Kirkbride and Misses Virginia and Amelie Lyons, who will return shortly, after a session at Notre Dame, Ind."

New Orleans Times Picayune, Oct. 10, 1909, p. 27: "The unusually attractive set of debutantes who will be formally introduced this season are:…Miss Corinne Kirkbride, daughter of Mrs. Estelle Philippe and the late Millard Kirkbride…."

She reigned as Queen Corinna Kirkbride of the 1910 Mardi Gras season with Henry R. Luscher as king.

Married Nov. 28, 1911, to Robin Cadwallader Herndon, afterward mayor of Mobile.
