Albert Loomis Clough, 57, 600 Scott Ave., Paris, died at 10:15 p.m. Thursday at Bourbon General Hospital, after several weeks' illness. A Paris native, he was the some of the late J.R. and Susie Smith Clough. Mr. Clough was a stock manager for Nichols Foodtown and a former employee of the A&T Co. He was a member of the First United Methodist Church, Paris, Volunteers in Missions, United Methodist Church, Paris Lodge #2 F&AM, cubmaster of Pack #92 and the Paris Civitan Club. He was a graduate of Paris High School and served with the U.S. Navy during the Korean conflict. Survivors include his sister, Mrs. William K. (Margie Clough) Tobin, Jr., Cynthiana; three brothers, J. R. Clough, Ora Clough and Earl Clough, all of Paris; several nieces, nephews and cousins. He was preceded in death by two brothers, Abram and Pershing Clough this year. Services will be at 2 p.m. Monday at the First United Methodist church by the Rev. Julian Simpson and the Rev. Ben Cain. Interment will follow in the Paris Cemetery. Friends may call Lusk Funeral Home 4-9 p.m. today. Active casket bearers will be James L. Clough, Peter F. Clough, James R. Clough, III, William B. Tobin, III, Kevin Crump and Leonard Wilson. Honorary bearers will be the Official Board of the First United Methodist Church, scouts and leaders of the cub pac # 92, Ron Burden and Dr. J.L. Ferrell. Contributions are suggested to the memorial fund of the First United Methodist Church, Paris.
