A native of Campbell County, she was a daughter of the late Carlisle Thatcher and Jessie Salmons Thatcher. She was a retired Bourbon County Court Clerk. Mrs. Clough was a mber of the First United Methodist Church, the DAR and the Kentucky Historical Society.
Survivors include her husband, Ora Clough, Paris; a brother, John Clayton Thatcher, Florida; a sister, Margaret Carnes, Alexandria; one niece and two nephews. She was preceeded in death by a sister, Jane Anderson.
Services were held Saturday, March 22, 1997 at the Lusk-McFarland Funeral Home by Rev. Debbie Wallace-Padgett, with interment in the Paris Cemetery.
Casket bearers were Peter F. Clough, James L. Clough, Joe K. Eades, Wade Eades, Earl G. Clough and Joe L. Eades
