E.C.LUEBKEMAN RITES WILL BE HELD TODAY

Funeral services for Edward C. Luebkeman, 402 North Handley, will be held at St. Paul's Lutheran church today at 2:30 p.m. Dr. E. E. Stauffer will officiate. Burial will be in Wichita Park cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Ewing Lawrence, William Youngmeyer, Louie Bauerle, Charles Hornecker, J.J. Jessen and Jack May.

Mr. Luebkeman, who died Wednesday, was 67 years old. He came to Anthony from New Bramen, O., in 1908 and Wichita in 1912 where he worked as a carpenter and contractor. He was ill but an hour or so before his death. He was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran church for years and taught a Sunday school class for years there. He had not missed a Sunday at church for more than a year before his death. He was known for his honesty, Christian integrity and uprightness. He is survived by his wife, Alice; two sons, Cecil, Manchester, Okla., and Waldo, 2321 Maple, a grandson, Lowell, a sister and brother. Culbertson mortuary is in charge.
