Married: Feb. 28, 1907 Nacogdoches Co. Tx

Husband of Louise "Lula" Morey.

John died April 16, 1918 from complications of Red Mesles and Pnuemonia, at the age of 35. as it has been told to me.
Louise our grandmother, remarried some months later (exact dated are unknown) to Antonio Rodrigues, and he brought both of his two little girls from a previous marriage to live with him, Lula and her children.
Tony and Lula did not get along with each other and only remained married for about 6 months before divorcing, as understanding that he was very abusive to her.
Then Tony was unable to care for his girls, placed them in an orphanage in Galveston, Tx. Since then no word has been received or acknowledged if they were ever adopted out or killed in one of the hurricanes that devistated Galveston in the 1900's.
Tony later married one of Miliano Rodrigue's daughters, and was very abusive to her also, Miliano shot and killed him during a family dispute on July 27, 1924, Nacogdoches Co.
