Ms. Blackwell, 90, Raymore, died Monday at St. Joseph Medical Center, Kansas City.
She was born in Wheatland, the son of Tommy and Eathel Lopp Moore.
She is survived by her children, Gayle Brown and husband Rick of Scottsdale, Ariz., Jim Blackwell and wife Laura of Lenexa, Kan., and Kathy Hatton and husband Leonard of Raymore; one sister, Ina May Chaney of Bolivar; one sister-in-law, Willa Jean Blackwell of Elkton; five grandchildren and six great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Lloyd, and a granddaughter, Laurie Brown.
Burial will be in Flemington Cemetery, Flemington.
