Mrs. Ruby L. Mooney, 96, of Coal Hill died Tuesday, March 16, 1999, at Johnson Regional Medical Center.
She was a member of the Coal Hill Baptist Church, widow of Jim O. Mooney, daughter of the late Bill and Daisey Norman Smith, and was preceded in death by two daughters, Edith Haddock and Joetta (Tiny) Kirkpatrick, and one son, G. W. Mooney
