Mabel S. Berry passed away on Saturday, Aug. 7, 2004, at Riverside Hospital. She was a member of Faith Baptist Church.
Mrs. Berry is survived by one sister, Mary Wilson of Newport News; and one brother, Walter Stewart of Surry, Va. Mrs. Berry had several nieces and nephews, also, a devoted cousin, Norma Barron of Newport News, as well as a very dear friend, Jewel B. Davis of Newport News.
A funeral service will be conducted by Dr. Jim Anderson and the Rev. Frank Earwood at 2 p.m. on Thursday, Aug. 12, in Riverside Funeral Home Chapel with interment following in Peninsula Memorial Park.
Riverside-Altmeyer Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
