DOROTHY JEAN DOWNEY


DOWNEY, DOROTHY JEAN - Age 86 of Jackson passed away April 26, 2010 at Jackson County Medical Care Facility. Mrs. Downey was born March 15, 1924 in Jackson the daughter of Joseph and Marie Kemmer. Dorothy enjoyed caring for her family and visiting the Crouch Senior Center in her later years. She is survived by her son, Ron (Cindy) Valentine of Clarklake; and granddaughter, Michelle Valentine. Mrs. Downey was preceded in death by her son, Dennis J. Pond; and brother, Norwood Kemmer. In honor of Dorothy, memorial donations may be given to the American Lung Association.
