Anna was married to James Arthur in late 1860 or early 1861. She lived with him in New Boston, Iowa until his death in 1893. They had 9 children. She was known to have been living on their farm in 1900 with some of the younger children, west of New Boston. Later the family moved to Keokuk, Iowa. Anna died of cancer at either Keokuk or New Boston and is buried in the Catholic cemetery in Keokuk, Iowa.
