Surviving are his wife, Mrs Anna L. Cromwell; three sons, Howard L., of 821 Madison st. nw.; Roy D. jr., who lived with his parents; Paul R., who lives on the American University campu; a daughter, Mrs. Frank Perry of 819 Madison st. nw.; a brother, S.J. Cromwell of 2962 Northhampton st. nw.; a sister, Miss Maysie Cromwell of Gloucester, Va; and his mother, Mrs. Alice Cromwell, also of Gloucester.
