The end of his obituary you have pictured reads:

"He was confirmed and joined the Norwegian Lutheran church at Milford. Later he transferred his membership to the St. Peter church at Eagle Bend.

Besides his wife and three children, he is survived by his father and step-mother, Mr. amd Mrs. C. L. Johnson, three sisters, Myrtle, Mrs. Herman Peters; Margaret, Mrs. Harry Schnelle of Terril and Viola, Mrs. James Griffin of Anamosa; two brothers, Carl of Terril and Luverne N. Johnson S1-c U.S.N.

Funeral services were held at the St. Peter church Monday afternoon and burial was made in the Hope cemetery at Eagle Bend."

DIES IN MINNESOTA

Mrs. George Hofstad received word of the death of her brother Edgar Johnson, of Eagle Bend, Minn., last Wednesday. The following was reported in the Terril Record:

"Word was received here Wednesday afternoon of the death of Edgar Johnson at Eagle Bend, Minn. Mr. Johnson was about 40 years old. There are three children, one son being in the armed forces.

He was the son of Charles Johnson of Arnolds Park and had lived around Terril for many years. He passed away about noon Wednesday.

Mr. and Mrs. Charles Johnson and Mr. and Mrs. Luverne Johnson left for Eagle Bend on Wednesday evening."

Mr. and Mrs. Hofstad were at Eagle Bend for funeral services Monday.
