Jennie T. Solida, 88, of Adrian RD 1, died at 10:30 a.m. yesterday at her home. She was born Sept. 29, 1882, in Washington Township, the daughter of Martin and Elizabeth (Booher) Bowser. Mrs. Solida was a member of the Montgomeryville Baptist Church and the Royal Neighbors of America. Survivors include her daughter, Mrs. Patrick (Lulu) Harmon of Adrian RD 1; one Step-son, Clair Solida of Ford City; one step-daughter, Mrs. Atta Nall, of Clarion; six grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by two husbands, George Rickle, who died in 1938, and William Solida. SOLIDA – Friends of Jennie T. Solida of Adrian RD 1, who died Oct. 21, 1970, may call from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. today and Friday at the Walker G. Snyder Funeral Home, Cowansville, and from 1 to 1:30 p.m. Saturday at the Montgomeryville Baptist Church. Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Saturday (Oct. 24) at the church. Officiating will be the Rev Kenneth Volkman, church pastor, assisted by the Rev. Melvin Rennie, a former church pastor. Interment will be in the Montgomeryville Baptist Church Cemetery. Arrangements by Snyder.
