MRS. ESTHER (HEEFNER) LEHMAN, wife of Lester H. Lehman, Sr., died at her home, at Reid, yesterday at 9:45 p.m., after at illness of three months, aged 64 years.
Born and reared at Waynesboro, she was the daughter of George W. and Effie (Sprenkle) Heefner.
She had been a resident of Reid for 40 years, and was a member of the Church of the Brethren at Waynesboro, Queen Esther Chapter No. Three, Order of Eastern Star, Hagerstown, and the Leitersburg Homemakers Club.
Surviving, besides husband are son, Lester H. Lehman, Jr., Carroll Heights; one grand daughter; mother, Mrs. George W. Heefner, Waynesboro; brothers, G. Earl Heefner, Waynesboro; Dr. Allen Heefner, Everett, Pa.
The body was removed to the funeral home of A. K. Coffman where services will be held Sunday afternoon at two o'clock by the Rev. Dr. George L. Detweiler. Interment in Green Hill Cemetery, Waynesboro.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home Saturday evening after seven.
