I am suggesting that 27 April was his birthdate for two reasons.
The images of his marker, giving a date of death of 11 May 1889 and age of 80 yrs. & 14 days works out to 27 Apr 1809.
Using Abraham Gottlieb and Soundex search for Nier and an April 1809 birth in Württemberg revealed this record https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:NCQS-6V4 for a 27 Apr 1809 birth and a 28 Apr christening for Gottlieb Abraham Näher.
