Mr. McDonald lived in Young County for several years before moving to Graham in 1922. He was employed by the City Police force for five years and for several years for the John E. Morrison Company. He converted and joined the Baptist Church in early life. He regularly attended services.
Survived by one son - G.F. McDonald; one daughter - Mrs. J.H. Corley; three grandchildren - Mrs. A.R. Mancille, Mrs. Pat Clifford, Pearl Faye Corley; three great-grandchildren.
