Marion Smithly Williams, well known resident of the Quail community, died Tuesday at 6 a.m. Mr. Williams' death was caused by dropsy. Mr. Williams was 61 years of age at the time of his death. He was born in Cook County, Texas, August 28, 1869 but had made his home in Collingsworth County for more than 10 years, where he was engaged in farming.
Mr. Williams is survived by five children who are John F. Williams of Enid, Oklahoma; Mrs. Delia Willis of Enid; Mrs. Bertha Brown, Mrs. Mamie Amerson and Lockie Williams, all of Quail.
