Funeral services will be conducted at 3 pm Tuesday from Pleasant Plain Baptist Church by the Rev. R.S. Shepherd and the Rev. J.B. Caston. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Mary Blackmon Taylor; five sons, Perry Taylor of Camden, Ira and Earl Taylor of Kershaw, Guy Taylor of Lancaster and Thomas Taylor of Lincolnton; two daughters, Mrs. Eunice Hilton of Texas City, Texas, and Mrs. Michael Smith of Charleston; one sister, Mrs. J.W. Snipes of Lancaster; one brother, G.F. Taylor of Lancaster; 29 grandchildren and 36 great grandchildren.
