Chesney Kathleen Allen, 5, Indianapolis, died at 12:40 a.m. Tuesday at Riley Hospital for Children in Indianapolis.
Born Dec. 6, 2004, in Bedford, she was the daughter of Mike and Aubrey (Pruett) Allen.
Survivors include her parents, Mike and Aubrey Allen of Indianapolis; two brothers, Cory Allen and Colton Allen; one sister, Chloe Allen; maternal grandparents, Curtis Pruett Sr. and Ruby of Bedford, and Mendy Bastin and Thomas of Indianapolis; paternal grandparents, Michael D. Allen of Bedford and Linda Fann of Bedford; maternal great-grandparents, Marvel and Darlene May of Bedford, and Rose Baker of Louisville; paternal great-grandmother, Alma Weaver of Bedford; aunts and uncles, Curtis Pruett Jr. and Jessica of Bedford, Bradley Burgess Jr. and Kalli of Bedford, Tyler Richardson of Indianapolis, Matthew Richardson of Indianapolis, and Scott and Keari Troutman of Carmel; and several great-aunts and uncles,
She was preceded in death by great-grandparents, James Pruett and Bernard Baker; and great-great-grandparents, Geneva Pruett, Dorothy Hatfield, Duard Weaver and Walter Allen.
Funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at the Ferguson-Lee Funeral Home in Bedford with Sister Becky Ryan officiating. Burial will follow in Green Hill Cemetery.
