Gladys A. Boozer, 90, of 9867 Greenville Pike, Clarion, Limestone Township, died at 11 p.m. Friday, Nov. 7, 2003, in Clarview Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, Sligo.

Born May 18, 1913, in Porter Township, Clarion County, she was the daughter of Henry E. and Nora A. Bish Neiswonger.

Mrs. Boozer worked for 27 years for Owens-Illinois Glass Co. in Clarion, retiring in 1976. She attended the First Church of God in New Bethlehem.

Surviving are a son and his wife, Donald E. and Carol Boozer of Denver, Colo.; four daughters, Edna Reynolds of New Castle, Velma Fleming of Clarion, Thelma Alcorn of McKean and Pauline Ballance of Manteo, N.C.; 10 grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.

She also is survived by two brothers, Clair E. Neiswonger of Punxsutawney and William D. Neiswonger of Michigan. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Boozer was preceded in death by one son, Kenneth Boozer.

Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. today in the Charles D. Alcorn Funeral Home, Hawthorn. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday in the funeral home with the Rev. John C. Phillips, pastor of the First Church of God in New Bethlehem, officiating. The committal service will follow in the funeral home at the wishes of Mrs. Boozer.

Interment will be in the Hawthorn Cemetery, Hawthorn, Clarion County.
