James was the son of Samuel "Sam" C. Hall and Elizabeth "Bettie" Jane (Anderson) Hall.

On January 22, 1905 in Hot Spring County, Arkansas, James and Tinnie Pearl Hardy was married. A copy of their marriage license is in the Family History Book. On the license, it shows James name as James M. Hall, Jr. I do not know why the Jr. is there. James and Tinnie had four children.

1--Golden Sunbeam [1906-????]
2--Hardy Anderson [1907-????]
3--Jesse Doyle [1909-1994]
4--Allie Mae [1918-1956]

We do not have a picture of James. If someone would like to add one, please do. In 1997 I took the picture of his single headstone and the cemetery sign. The picture with the two headstones was added on by Widowmate.

James and I were 1st cousins 2 times removed.
