Death Takes Resident Of Kingsford

James W. Davidson, 75, of 604 Crest street, Kingsford, died Sunday at the Memorial Hospital, where he had been a patient for the past two weeks.

He was born July 22, 1894, in Ogdensburg, Wis., and was a resident of the area since 1924. Mr. Davidson worked as a carpenter for the Ford Motor Company and the Kingsford Chemical Company until his retirement.

He was a member of the Trinity United Methodist church.

He leaves his wife, Fern; two sons, Blair of Kingsford and Clayton of Brussells, Belgium; two daughters, Mrs. Clarence (Delores) Luba of Kingsford and Mrs. Henry (Joyce) London of Kingsford; two sisters, Mrs. Anna Pope of Waupaca, Wis., and Mrs. Florence Caldwell of Manitowoc, Wis., nine grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

Visitation will begin at the Rochon Funeral Home after 4 p.m. Tuesday and until noon Wednesday.

Services will be held Wednesday at 1:30 p.m. at the Trinity United Methodist church. The Rev. Tom Brown II will officiate.

Burial will be in the Highland Chapel Gardens.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the memorial fund at Trinity United Methodist church.
