Their parents were David Witt and Sarah Harbour.
David was born ca.1722 in Manakin or Powhatan County, Va. and died ca.1785 in Amherst County, Va.

There is a last will for Jesse Witt naming his wife and children, including Tabitha and Elizabeth, both of whom married Dillion's.
