Tena was united in marriage to Elmer F. Andersen on May 6, 1918 at Kronborg, Nebraska. She spent her entire lifetime in the Kronborg and Aurora areas.
She was preceded in death by her parents, infant son, two brothers, Jerry and Wesley Benson, sister, Mae Andersen and one infant granddaughter.
Those who remain to cherish her memory are her daughter, Donna Hurlbut of Lincoln; brother Jesse Benson of Wymore, Nebraska; one grandson and one great-grandson.
