Mrs. Adams, a homemaker, died Sunday, May 22 of heart failure at River Oaks Hospital in Flowood. Baldwin-Lee Funeral home in Pearl was in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Adams was a native of Quitman, and had lived in Rankin County, since 1937. She was a charter member of Flowood Baptist Church.
Mrs. Adams was the widow of the late Wirt B. Adams. Other survivors include her daughters, Jeri Adams Marsalis of Jackson, and Clovis Dansby Nordquist of Camby, Minnesota; brother Jack Gable of Meridian; sisters, Nora Labmbert of Quitman, Doris Butts of Mobile, Alabama, and Lillian Loncano of Mobile, Alabama; five grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren.
