Mr. Jake A. Todd, 89, of Decatur, died Monday, February 22, 2010. He was preceded in death by his wife, Martha Faith Graddy Todd. Mr. Todd is survived by his daughter, Susan Todd of Ellicott City, MD; brother, Joseph Owen Todd of Columbus, GA.
