VOWELS - Carrie E., 89, of Louisville, entered into rest Thursday, November 27, 2008. She was a member of South Jefferson Baptist Church She is survived by a daughter, Marge Riley (Pete); her sons, Jim (Cherry), David, Gary (Janie) and Donnie Vowels; 13 grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and five great-great grandchildren. Her funeral service will be 10 a.m. Saturday at South Jefferson Baptist Church, 6505 Pendleton Road, with interment following in Louisville Memorial Gardens West.
