Florence A. Neubauer, 76, died Oct. 18, 2008, with her family by her side.
Born Feb. 16, 1932, in South Gate, she was a resident of Yucaipa and Calimesa for 50 years.
She was employed as a bookkeeper at lumber businesses. She was a leader with Boy Scouts, involved in Girl Scouts, the Yucaipa Woman's Club and the Redlands Community Hospital Auxiliary. She was a member of the Yucaipa Valley Presbyterian Church.
She was devoted to her family and enjoyed gardening, sewing, making porcelain dolls and crocheting.
She is survived by her son Tim Neubauer and his wife, Cathy, of Yucaipa; daughters Kathy Walker and her husband, Tom, of Yucaipa and Annette Cartozian and her husband, Darrell, of Yucaipa; three sisters, Marilyn Malone, Nancy Schultz and Ellen Netherwood; brother Robert Johnson; nine grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
She was predeceased by her husband of 36 years, James Neubauer in 1989.
