John was a logger; his nickname was "Buzz" because he was good at sharpening saws. He may have worked for the Pittsburgh Lumber Company in Hampton. He is the son of John GOUGE Jr. and Elizabeth BLEVINS GOUGE. "Buzz" and Celia GILLILAND GOUGE are my great grandparents. Les Young
