Mrs Sarah Brenneman, aged 81 years, 6 months and 21 days, died Tuesday, Oct 1, at the home of Mr and Mrs David Pletcher, 3 miles southeast of Nappanee. Funeral services were held Friday afternoon from the Olive church, conducted by the Revs John Martin and Christ Ressler.

Mrs Brenneman is survived by three step-daughters and two step-sons—Mrs David Pletcher, Nappanee; Mrs Barbara Nitrouer, Lakeville; Mrs Katherine Mitschlen, Nappanee; Jacob Brenneman, Kansas, and Henry Brenneman of Brutus, Mich. Also by three brothers and one sister—Christ Hunsberger, Wakarusa; Henry Hunsberger, Wakarusa; Michael Hunsberger, Oak Grove, and Mrs Joseph Culp, east of Wakarusa. With the exception of Jacob Brenneman, all were in attendance at the funeral.
