Mrs. Baker was a native of Whitney and moved to Crosbyton in 1941.
Survivors include two sons, J.C. and Billy Gene, both of Crosbyton; four daughters, Mrs. Elvina Walker of Enid, Okla., Mrs. Rosa Lee Hicks of Chickasha, Okla., Mrs. Marie Norris of Crosbyton and Mrs. Clara Bell Johnson of Rusk; a sister, Oma Price of Midland; 29 grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren.
