Clifford Allen "Pat" Liggett, 81 of Parkersburg, WV died March 28, 2002 at the St. Joseph Hospital. He was born in Barbour County, WV and was the son of the late Fay Thomas and Abbie Garrison Bloom Liggett. He worked for Dudley's Florist for several years.
Survivors include very close friends, Grace Nelson and Debbie Marazsky both of Parkersburg and Fred Sims of Fleming, Ohio.
He was preceded in death by his wife Kathleen Deem Kimes Liggett.
There will be no visitation or services. Leavitt Funeral Home, Parkersburg is in charge of arrangements.
