Pearl Viola Anders, 86, of Centerville, Died Friday in St. Joseph's Mercy Hospital, Centerville.
Born Jan. 15, 1900 in Numa, she was the daughter of John and Ida Monroe Phillips. She was married to Harry F. Anders May 5, 1917 in Corydon. He preceded her in death in 1959. She was a member of the Seventh Day Adventist Church.
Survivors include one daughter, Virginia Burton of Davenport; two sons, Harry Jr. of Mammoth Springs, Ark; Gerald of Venice, Fla.; 21 grandchildren, 37 great-grandchildren and one great-great-granddaughter.
In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by one son, six brothers, three sisters and one grandchild.

Services will be at 10:30 a.m. today at the Johnson-Lange Funeral Home, with Pastor Brad Fanning officiating. Internment will be at Numa Cemetery. A memorial to the seventh Day Adventist Church has been established, and memorial gifts may be left at the funeral home.
