Her funeral will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the Eureka United Methodist Church, the Rev. Paul Walles officiating. Burial will be in Olio Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 tonight at the Otto-Argo Funeral Home, Eureka, and for an hour before the service at the church. A memorial service will be at 1 p.m. today in the assembly room of Maple Lawn Nursing Home, the Rev. Robert Harnish officiating.
She was born Sept. 29, 1916, in Deer Creek, a daughter of Samuel and Emma Rich Piper. She married Victor Stimpert Oct. 9, 1937, in Eureka. He died in 1979. She married Floyd Griffith Jan. 19, 1963, in Eureka. He died April 19, 1989.
Surviving is a son, Sam Stimpert, Morton; a stepson, Roger Griffith, Eureka; a stepdaughter, Carol Alexander, Washington; two sisters, Marcella Marriott and Dorothy Netherton, both of Eureka; nine grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
Two grandchildren, a brother and a sister preceded her in death.
She was member of the Eureka United Methodist Church, United Methodist Women of the church and the Lakeview Club, Eureka. Memorials may be made to the Eureka rescue squad or the Eureka United Methodist Church.
