Born June 13, 1927 in Needmore, she was the daughter of John and Ruby (Allen) Glaziner. She married Cletus "Max" Page, she later married Floyd Perkins and finally married Ephraim Fox, all of whom preceded her in death.
She was the owner of Mary Kay's Beauty Shop. She was a member of the Seventh Day Adventist Church and WINGS.
Survivors include daughters, Junice Luckabaugh and husband, Clair of Mitchell, Rebecca Wade and husband, George of Battle Creek, MI, Cleata Kirkman and husband, Timothy of Bedford, Marcie Ford and husband, Alvin, Jr. of Mitchell; grandchildren, Dawn Hilker, Scott Luckabaugh, Christia Lewis, Todd Anderson, Heidi Lee, Jason Kirkman, Lora Kirkman-Lee, John Huffman and Kayla Ford; great grandchildren, Heather Hilker, Kelsie Dunfee, Amanda Lewis, Dawn Anderson, Timothy Kern, Hannah Anderson, Zachary Kirkman, Matthew Lewis, Elisabeth Huffman, Rebekah Lee, JohnDavid Huffman, Gavin Lee, Heather Lee, Jeremiah Lee and Aeryn Huffman (who will be born this Wednesday); several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, three husbands, three sisters, Ruth Chastain, Anna Louise Keenan and Phyllis Baxter; a brother, Chuck Glaziner and a son, John Richard Maxwell Page.
Funeral services will be conducted at 10:00 am on Thursday, April 15th in the Elmwood Chapel of the Day & Carter Mortuary with Pastor Fernando Ortiz and Pastor Robert Helm officiating. A graveside committal service will follow at 2:00 pm in the Maple Hill Cemetery in Plainfield, IN.
