Norma Lee Fox, 79, of Frederick, died Tuesday, April 13, 2010, at Frederick Memorial Hospital.

Born Nov. 4, 1930, in Baltimore, she was the daughter of the late William H. and Edna May Reathman Coleman. She was the wife of the late Samuel H. Fox Jr., who died July 12, 2002. They had been married for 54 years.

She had been a saleswoman for Music House in Catonsville. She was a former member of the Order of the Eastern Star.

She is survived by son and daughter-in-law, James D. Fox and Bonnie M. of Bel Air; and daughters and sons-in-law, Gail S. Calhoun and Richard P., and Joyce L. Sims and John H., both of Mount Airy. She is also survived by a sister, June E. Liberto of Mount Airy; sisters-in-law, Emma Kelly and Audrey Bonacci; and grandchildren, Dean S. Calhoun and family, James D. Fox Jr., Kristin L. Conway and family, Brian C. Sims, Stephanie R. Sims, Colleen M. Fox, Joseph P. Calhoun and family, Tammy D. Stueve and family, Shaun P. Calhoun and family, and Aaron T. Calhoun and family. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

She was preceded in death by a grandson, Andrew P. Fox.

The family will receive friends from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Monday, April 19, at Jeffrey N. Zumbrun Funeral Home, 6028 Sykesville Road, Eldersburg. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday, April 20, at the funeral home. Pastor Tim Leaman will officiate. Interment will be in Garrison Forest Veterans Cemetery, Owings Mills.
