Marion Ruyle died at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Wm. Reser,(Mariah Ellin Ruyle) in Bismark, Mo., with complicated diseases. Mr. Ruyle was born in Greene County, Ill., Feb. 15, 1832, and was married in 1856 to Miss Mary S. Rhodes. To this union was born seven children, of who five survive. He united with the Presbyterian church in 1873 and was an active member at the time of his death. The funeral was conducted by Rev. Freeman of the M.E. Church, attended by a lage number of relatives and friends. The remains were conveyed to the Bismarck City cemetery.
