His wife died in 1906 and to my understanding he couldn't live without her and took his own life.

("Duwamish Poor Farm" (also known as "Potters Field") cemetery no longer exists. In 1912 all the remains were dug up, incinerated, and then the ashes put into the Duwamish River. The majority of graves never had any markers.
