This is my sister who died four days after her twin brother, Patrick Sylvester Arnold. They both were stricken with diphtheria at the age of nine months and she had been admitted to St. Bernards Hospital on the same day of her twin brother's funeral.
She was the daughter of William Adam (Bill) Arnold and Audrey May DUTY Arnold. Her paternal grandparents were Charles David Arnold and Amanda HUDLOW Arnold and her maternal grandparents were Ernest Samuel Duty and Hattie SIMMONS Duty.
She was survived by her parents, grandparents, her great-grandmother, Littia Anna WHITLOCK Duty, one brother, and one sister.
Besides her twin brother, Patrick, Patsy Ann was preceded in death by two sisters, Fadine and Nadine, who were, also, twins.
