She was born May 21, 1912, in Jerome, Idaho, the daughter of Louis A. Tillman and Aldrian Marshall Tillman. Her parents homesteaded in Jerome and were pioneer fruit farmers.
Mary was raised in Jerome and graduated from Jerome High School.
She married Vinson Rupert on Sept. 17, 1932, in Elko, Nev. Together, they raised three children. Vinson passed away Oct. 22, 1968.
On Feb. 27, 1971, she married Gale Bingham. He passed away May 16, 1995.
She worked for many years and retired from the J.R. Simplot plant in Heyburn, Idaho.
Mary was a lifelong member of the Baptist Church. She will be remembered as a very loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother and friend.
Mary is survived by her three children, Stanford (Joan) Rupert of Vacaville, Calif., Sandra (Don) Ledbetter of Plymouth, Wash., and Steven (Debbie) Rupert of Burley. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren and many extended family members and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; two husbands; infant son, Bruce; four sisters; and one brother. Mary the Mother, Grandmother and Great-grandmother will be loved, cherished and missed by all.
