Ellison "Cotton Top" Mounts was hanged in Pikeville, Kentucky, for his role in the Hatfield-McCoy Feud. Randolph & Sally (circled) had front row view of the hanging. Although public hangings had been outlawed by 1890. Only known photo of Sally.
