Long time resident of Sand Springs, OK. Retired from Tulsa Police & Fire Departments. Predeceased by parents Henry Clay Buchanan and Della Ann Foster Buchanan. Survived by wife Nadine, and daughters Kathleen and Jeanne; brother Bill and his wife, Nancy. He was the youngest of the Buchanan family (the baby); predeacesd by brothers Harry and Robert (Buster), and sisters Fern and Mildred. He was a wonderful and caring husband, father, grandpa and uncle.
